Suspended with no warning
Google Ads suspended your account with no warning?
It feels sudden because, for some policies, it is. Here is why it happens, what to do first, what to avoid, and how to find the cause on your website in under a minute.
Why there was no warning
Google treats some policies as egregious and suspends the account immediately, without prior warning. Its own list includes Circumventing systems and Unacceptable business practices, among others. For other violations, Google sends a warning at least 7 days before it suspends. You can read both rules on Google’s account suspensions page.
So if you got no warning, your notice most likely names one of the immediate-suspension policies. Check the policy name in your notice. It is the best clue you have.
What the notice does not tell you
The notice names a policy, not the exact reason. The cause is often on your website or in how your business is presented: missing or thin policy pages, details that do not match across your site and your account, risky claim wording, unclear ownership or authorisation, odd redirects. That is exactly what our free scan looks at.
What to do, in this order
Read the notice and write down the policy name and the date.
Your notice names the policy. It rarely names the exact cause, but it tells you where to look.
Do not open a new account to get around it.
Google's Circumventing Systems policy covers attempts to get around its systems, and it can turn one problem into a bigger one.
Find the real cause before you appeal.
Run the free scan. It checks the signals a reviewer sees on your website: policies, business identity, claims, redirects and what Google's crawler sees.
Fix what the scan finds, then send one complete appeal.
Google recommends one appeal at a time, and it limits how long after a suspension you can appeal. A prepared appeal beats several rushed ones.

Questions people ask
- Can I just open a new Google Ads account?
- We would not. Opening a new account to get back in after a suspension is the kind of thing Google's Circumventing Systems policy is about. Find the cause and appeal instead.
- Do you promise to get my account back?
- No, and nobody honest can. Google makes the final decision on every appeal. What we do is find and fix the website problems that commonly lead to suspensions, and help you present a clear, complete appeal.
- Do you need access to my Google Ads account?
- No. The scan reads your public website, exactly as a visitor or Google's crawler would. There is nothing to connect and nothing to share.
